Adella Page,LMT is a Maine native and Local Bodyworker with a passion for the plants and fungi that live among us. Her small business is called Alpine Wellness - located in South Portland, Maine, inspired by her time on the mountain tops and trails. Adella strives to provide integrative and intuitive bodywork to all beings who walk through her door, she weaves a variety of modalities into her work and continues to educate and strengthen her practice. She will be providing complimentary 10 minute Massage Therapy services on Saturday 9-3pm and Sunday 9-1pm, sign ups will be posted outside of the Massage Therapy room. Adella looks forwards to connecting with the community and sharing space with you all.
