Clare Beverage is a member of the tremendous team at North Spore. She spends her time there at work in the laboratory, culturing mushroom mycelium and contemplating the myriad magical ways that fungi weave their way into our lives.
Raised in central Maine, with a BS in Biology, she has a passion for nutritional biochemistry and the capacity of fungi-produced compounds to promote healing in humans. Clare loves fruiting mushrooms in tubs indoors and teaching others how to do it, too.
