After almost 30 years in corporate leadership and coaching, a crisis of conscience and some health "surprises" flipped life on its head and a new journey into the unknown began. After experiencing the gifts of so many beautiful healers my love affair with sound, energy and plants as medicine began. The profound effects that Reiki, herbalism, Sound & Vibration had on my physical, spiritual and emotional health brought a depth and peace to my life that changed me forever. After lots of studies I am now a Practicing Clinical Herbalist, Reiki Master/Teacher, Sound Therapist & Holistic Wellness Coach.
As a survivor of trauma I've witnessed the mess it can make of your life when it stays repressed and unresolved in your nervous system. Using these graceful modalities, together we may co-create a healing space to reset your nervous system and support your overall wellbeing.
