I have been a Certified Athletic Trainer for over 25 years. I have worked with all levels of athletes from youth sports to Olympians. I have worked in Physical Therapy clinics, doctors offices and Athletic Training rooms.
No matter where I worked my focus was always patient centered.
As I have gone through my career I have found that the best outcomes are when I can work with a patient 1 on 1, which is why I started this business. I have old sports injuries and chronic pain that I live with. I have learned and continue to learn different ways to reduce my chronic pain. I want to share what I have learned to help you feel better and enhance your life.
I want to inspire people to see that they can feel better in the body that they have. We can’t replace our bodies, so let’s make it the best body we can. I know most people don’t like EXERCISE, but I want you to know you don’t have to run miles or lift 100 pound weights to feel better. The easy and gentle exercises, stretching and rolling techniques that I will show you how to do can be done at home and in just a few minutes a day to help you feel better.
