Please note that refunds will be available until April 1, 2022.
Vendor fees are as follows: (Through January)
Non-profits - $75
Artists/Crafters - $100
Small businesses - $125
All Vendors will receive a 10’x 10’space as well as (1) 8.5’x2.5’ table and (2) chairs for use. Vendors may bring their own tables as well but their space usage cannot exceed the 10’x10’ area.
All vendors must also comply with the city of Portland’s and the state of Maine vendor guidelines and regulations. We reserve the right to ask vendors to vacate their spot if the proper permits/licenses are not secured and available at the event.
