Tiff sees the human body as she sees the earth body, a sacred space that needs regular nourishment, healing, honoring, and conscious awareness. She is a LMT, a Polarity and Craniosacral Therapist, has done a Somatic EMDR training and a 7 year program in Naisziih Healing. Tiff seeks to provide a safe, nurturing and consciousness awakening space for her clients to find peace and liberation in their own bodies and spirit. Tiff loves seeing some of the profound transformations that can happen with this work and the possibilities for self empowerment within the inherent collaboration it creates... The work is also just a space to help folks arrive more fully in their bodies and connect to the elements of the Earth, in a way where they can feel good and a sacred quiet there, perhaps more clear, aligned, and at peace or energized... After this arrival, clients often can leave feeling more empowered to become a stronger force for whatever unique contributions they hold in creating a better world around them and within. This kind of conscious bodywork can often shift energetic imprints or patterning that can get trapped in the physical and emotional body.

Tiff also values making bodywork something that all people can receive, not just a luxury. She offers free and donation care work to activists and marginalized folks in need, aware of the oppressive systems that hold us. She is an organizer herself in different abolitionist movements, and has started a free care collective in Belfast."
