Q. Will there be Vendor opportunities this year?

A. Yes, we will have a Vendor Village!

Q.  Are there Sponsorships opportunities?

A. We are always looking for supportive companies to Sponsor. Details here.

Q. Is parking available on-site?

A. Yes. This year we are happy to offer  free on-site parking. 

Q.  Are children welcome and if so, how much are their tickets?

A.  Yes, children are invited to attend and participate.  If they are under the age of 12  a child must be accompanied by a ticketed adult and can attend at no cost. ( one child - one adult) Tickets for anyone between the ages of 12-18 are half price. 

Q.  Do I need a ticket to attend the event?

A.  You will need a ticket to attend workshops, panel discussions, keynote speakers, demonstrations, and our special events.

However the general public can access the outdoor Vendor Village, Healing Arts Haven, Family Activity Area and Flow Arts Field area for FREE

10AM - 4PM on both Saturday and Sunday.

Q.  Are emotional support animals allowed at the event?

A. You will need to check with Saint Joseph's College for guidelines/policy

Q.  Is there an ATM on campus?

A.  No, there is not an ATM located on campus.

​Meals (Get ready for our best meal options to date! St. Josephs College  offers 3 Buffet Style meals a day, working with locally grown produce. They provide options for carnivores, vegetarians, vegans and everyone in-between. Meal prices range from $$12 - $16 per meal.
