JENNIFER MCMAHON

As a seasoned massage therapist with a specialized focus on Craniosacral Therapy I bring both experience and compassion to the table. Combining massage with gentle, non-invasive Craniosacral Therapy the sympathetic nervous system is activated allowing for a reduction in chronic pain, lessen stress and initiate healing of emotional trauma. Each session focuses on the individual’s needs creating a safe space for healing and restoring balance to both the body and mind.

I am the proud owner of Riverside Lodge & Sauna, a small family business located in the hills of Western Maine. I also am the mother to four beautiful adult children, an adorable Cockapoo, and a sometimes-reactive big beautiful German Shepherd. I enjoy life and all its offerings with my amazing partner Martin!
