Born and raised in Maine, he grew up in a family of hardworking ironworkers. By the age of eight, he was already learning the trade, welding alongside his father. Following high school, he carried on his family’s tradition of service by joining the Marines, where he worked in logistics and served in Japan with U.S. military customs.

After leaving the military, Travis returned to Maine and briefly joined the local Ironworkers Union before making a move to New York. However, his path was far from easy. A difficult upbringing, combined with the trauma of military service, weighed heavily on him. Just as he was striving to build a better life and family, an unimaginable tragedy struck, sending him into a downward spiral.

At his lowest point, Travis found an unexpected source of healing—psilocybin. In a single profound journey, he discovered hope and a new path forward. Psychedelics not only changed his life but gave him a mission: to help others struggling with their own battles.

Today, Travis lives in Pennsylvania, where he balances his work as an Ironworker—specializing in some of the nation’s tallest bridges—with his passion for advocacy. He volunteers with the Veterans Psychedelic Network, speaking openly about the transformative power of plant medicine. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, fishing, going to the gym, and, most importantly, spending time with his children. Through his extraordinary story, Travis hopes to inspire and guide others toward healing and hope.
