Dandelion, Gentian, and Artichoke, Oh MY! Â Bitter is usually the least appreciated flavor, and yet bitters are a necessary addition to the diet for supporting digestion and elimination. Â From reducing gas to increasing absorption, they are enjoyed across the globe. However, not all bitters may be good for YOUR unique constitution. In this class we will sample many different bitters and determine which herbs will suit your unique body. You will be encouraged to craft your own personal bitter blend with instructions for how to make it at home. Come learn about all the many ways in which Bitters support our health!
