HEALING FROM WITHIN: AN INTRODUCTION TO INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (IFS)

This will be an introductory workshop into the parts of Internal Family Systems and tools for accessing the self which is central to the healing process of IFS. This workshop will be valuable both for clinicians in the field and the general public. Questions and participation is warmly welcomed.

Daniel will share his knowledge in working with ketamine and the symbiotic relationship with IFS. He will discuss how psychedelics are being paired with IFS and how this can be a protective factor for challenging journeys.

Michael will demonstrate the process for accessing the self and getting permission from the protective parts. He will share his experience on how IFS has the potential to transform trauma into energetic growth in this precious life.
