SACRED FUNGI ELECTUARY

Rochelle will teach a hands-on class on how to create an herbal, psilocybin based electuary. Electuaries are honey based spreads with added herbs and/or mushrooms. Different herbs mixed with the fungi can result in differing effects within the body’s systems. Rochelle has found this as a way to expand microdosing with herbs to create the perfect, personal formula.
