 Vendor fees are as follows:


VENDOR TICKET I
$180 + $17 (to secure an on-line presence on our WHOVA event app)
                            
Receive an 8’x8’ booth with (1) table and (2) chairs. Includes Pipe and Drape.

 
VENDOR TICKET II
$280 + $17 (to secure an on-line presence on our WHOVA event app)
                            
Receive an 8’x8’ booth with (1) table and (2) chairs. Includes Pipe and Drape.
Allows access to all event workshops, panels, speakers, vendors
Includes (3) meals (Friday Dinner, Saturday Lunch, Sunday Breakfast)
Includes access to all special events (Friday and Saturday Evening)


VENDOR TICKET III
$380 + $17 (to secure an on-line presence on our WHOVA event app)
 
Receive an 8’x8’ booth with (1) table and (2) chairs. Includes Pipe and Drape.
Allows access to all event workshops, panels, speakers, vendors for (2)
Includes (3) meals (Friday Dinner, Saturday Lunch, Sunday Breakfast) for (2)
Includes access to all special events (Friday and Saturday Evening) for (2)

 

Please Note - Our Vendor Exhibitor Hall will be open to event attendees as well as the general public on both Saturday and Sunday

WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING VENDOR APPLICATIONS
 
(REFUNDS AVAILABLE UNTIL APRIL 1st, 2023)
Please note their will be no refunds given after this date
and there will be no vendor fee "carry overs" for our next event.


BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

* We will notify you of our decision within a week of your submission and provide you
with the link to register and make payment

We reserve the right to ask vendors to vacate their spot if they are in violation of any city, state, or Federal laws at the event.(no refunds will be made in this instance)

​No Additional permits are required from the city of Portland as this event is on private property.​
