CHERYL DELOREY

Cheryl DeLorey, LMHC, is a seasoned mental health professional with over 20 years of experience in the field of clinical therapy. Based in Massachusetts, Cheryl has spent much of her career working in special education, where she gained extensive knowledge of neurodiverse profiles and developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals on the spectrum. This background has provided a solid foundation for her current work in couples counseling and sex therapy, where she helps individuals and couples navigate complex emotional, sexual, and relational dynamics.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Sexology, Cheryl is dedicated to expanding her expertise in the intersection of sex, relationships, and mental health. With both a personal and professional interest in the therapeutic potential of psychedelics, Cheryl is exploring how these substances can enhance couple's therapy and foster deeper emotional connection. Her dissertation focuses on a theoretical model for a couples retreat using psychedelics as a therapeutic tool. This innovative approach highlights her commitment to integrating emerging therapies into traditional clinical practices, aiming to provide clients with transformative, healing experiences.
