RAY CLOUTIER

Ray served in the US army as a cannon crewman. 13 Bravo, then 71 Lima foxtrot. After the service, he spent 2 years being homeless while waiting for VA benefits. Ray has been a disabled veteran for 20 years.  After seeing everything that has been going on with our veterans and losing many family members and friends Ray decided to dedicate his life to taking care of fellow veterans. Ray works hard to help improve their quality of life because a long life has no meaning without having quality to it.  Ray has been an American legionnaire for 5 years and is now district ten commander.
