CREATING TRANSFORMATIVE, INTERCONNECTED ORGANIZATIONS IN THE MYCELIAL ECONOMY

How do we create transformative organizations that integrate the interconnected wisdom of mushrooms?  Through this interactive and co-creative workshop, participants will have the opportunity to develop ideas and visions for new projects in the mushroom and psychedelic space or explore how to evolve their existing business or organization to be in alignment with the experience of interconnectedness. 

Drawing upon roots of cooperatives, decentralized collective organizing, Holocracy and sociocracy, regenerative economy, and the solidarity economy, we will explore how we can grow heart-centered, purpose-driven organizations that share a love of people and the planet.
